Each project is estimated individually. To prepare a quote or a proposal we take several elements into consideration: the length of the document (word count), source format (web, Word, PDF, etc.), the subject and difficulty of the text, and of course, the requested delivery date.

Interpreters must quickly and fluidly translate a speech; they do not have time to perform word searches during their activities. To ensure optimal quality, interpreters need to previously study the subject.

Interpreting is a mentally strenuous activity and interpreters require full concentration to perform their jobs; therefore, after a certain time (two hours) their concentration inevitably decreases, and they could make mistakes.

Knowing the time schedule is essential for assigning the appropriate number of interpreters, each interpreter only works for a maximum of two hours. However, we can offer a quote for an estimated amount of hours and adjust it once the final program is available.

Definitely. All information received, be it text or audiovisual material, is treated as confidential and is only handled by our site coordinator and by the translator/Interpreter assigned to your event or project. If deemed necessary, we can sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving the material in question.

However, due to the shortage of linguists in some languages, there may not be any interpreters/translators available for certain language combinations; our team will do its best to search for those suitable for your project. If none are found, we will offer alternatives for a successful event.
