The material for my event or project is confidential, can I trust it will remain this way?
Definitely. All information received, be it text or audiovisual material, is treated as confidential and is only handled by our site coordinator and by the translator/Interpreter assigned to your event or project. If deemed necessary, we can sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving the material in question.

I require the service in a different language than those shown, can I request a quote?
Of course! However, due to the shortage of linguists in some languages, there may not be any interpreters/translators available for certain language combinations; our team will do its best to search for those suitable for your project. If none are found, we will offer alternatives for a successful event.

How long will it take to receive my quote?
Approximately 3 hours within normal business hours (9:00 am – 06:00 pm). The estimate varies depending on the existing workload as well as on the specifications of the service and its urgency. If the quote is required before a specific time, please mention this upon request.
