I require the service in a different language than those shown, can I request a quote?
Of course! However, due to the shortage of linguists in some languages, there may not be any interpreters/translators available for certain language combinations; our team will do its best to search for those suitable for your project. If none are found, we will offer alternatives for a successful event.

The material for my event or project is confidential, can I trust it will remain this way?
Definitely. All information received, be it text or audiovisual material, is treated as confidential and is only handled by our site coordinator and by the translator/Interpreter assigned to your event or project. If deemed necessary, we can sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving the material in question.

I still don’t have the time schedule for my event, can I still obtain a quote?
Knowing the time schedule is essential for assigning the appropriate number of interpreters, each interpreter only works for a maximum of two hours. However, we can offer a quote for an estimated amount of hours and adjust it once the final program is available.

Why is time required for texts that seem simple or that aren’t so long?
Translating is elaborate and strenuous. We translate the meaning of the text, the tone, and the structure to perfectly reflecting its purpose. It’s important to let translations idle and review them before their delivery to ensure flawless results. Additionally, it depends on the previous workload.

Does that mean you don’t accept urgent requests?
Yes, we do accept them! It’s important to mention the urgency of the project at the beginning of the request so as to give it a priority and, once it has been assessed, we will do everything possible to offer our services within those limits (subject to the availability of translators).

How do you control the distribution and gathering of receivers to avoid them from getting lost?
Our technical staff is in charge of handling the distribution of equipment by receiving in exchange a valid official identification from the person who will be using it, in turn, the ID will be returned to its proprietor in exchange for the equipment. This way we have better control and, if for some reason any receiver is missing at the end of the event, we can have an idea regarding its whereabouts.
